These terms apply when you browse jhumelo.com or place an order with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

Who we are

jhumelo.com is run by Jhumelo, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. You can reach us at [email protected].

Products

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
Our tees are made in small, limited runs. Stock is not reserved until your order is placed and paid, or confirmed for cash on delivery.
Measurements are listed in the size guide and may vary by ±0.5 inch.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards and cash on delivery. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery is free on prepaid orders. Cash on delivery orders carry a ₹99 charge, shown before you confirm.
If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the payment fails, the address cannot be delivered to, or we suspect misuse; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Our designs

All prints, artwork, photos, text and the Jhumelo name and logo belong to Jhumelo. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
